Payment Authorization and Chargeback Waiver: By completing your purchase, you authorize Raintainment to charge your provided payment method for the total amount shown. You explicitly waive the right to dispute the transaction or initiate a chargeback with your financial institution based on the refund restrictions agreed upon at checkout.

General Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, travel delays, or personal circumstances, unless an event is officially cancelled by the organizer.

Event Cancellation or Postponement Cancellation: If an event is cancelled in its entirety, a refund of the face value of the ticket will be issued to the original method of payment. Service fees and processing charges may be non-refundable.Postponement: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds for rescheduled events are at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

Admission & Conduct: The organizer reserves the right, without refund, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with the venue’s safety protocols.

Purchase Authorization: By clicking "Submit" or completing the transaction, you authorize Raintainment to charge your credit card for the total amount shown and agree to these terms in full. You waive any right to dispute the charge (chargeback) based on a "No Refund" policy you have acknowledged.
